About the project
Certified home inspector Charlie Kay launched her own business with the goal of providing trustworthy, reliable home inspections. To establish a strong presence in a competitive market, she needed a cohesive brand identity that communicated her professionalism, credibility, and expertise. Central to this effort was a carefully crafted logo and strategic color palette, both designed to reflect her commitment to quality and reliability while helping her stand out among competitors.
Beyond the core identity, I developed a complete set of brand guidelines that defined typography, layout structure, iconography, and usage rules. This system ensured consistency across every touchpoint—from business cards and inspection reports to marketing materials and digital communications. The result is a clear, confident brand foundation that supports her growth, strengthens client trust, and positions her as a dependable expert in the home inspection space.
